I stay here and have a bad noise experience from cars and trucks 24hrs. By the way it is built next to a very busy road. My concern is that we are being charge electricity plus service fee and water plus service fee. Every month there is electricity adjustment charge which they say is from meter reading. Why should there be system charge and meter reading charge??? Why did they not install prepaid electricity and water meters unless if they were creating a business for somebody. If you charge a tenant e.g R2.00 everyday for each services, the person end up pay a lot on top of rental, electricity, water and sewage charges. Electricity here is very expensive. Almost R55 per day and water is R27 per day. I just want to see my contract coming to an end and leave this place. We are overcharged. The place is beautiful though. The lifestyle centre is very convenient and beautiful. I like the new park, you can have peace of mind at the park and lifestyle centre.

Its just ok. The apartments are neat. However there is a recent issue occurring by the new blocks 45,46,47 - there is a buzzing noise coming from the boundary wall and its constant 24/7 very irritating and secondly the grates on the road need to be fixed they very bumpy
I've moved from Candlewood Crescent to Greenpark and I must say, it was a big mistake. The water cuts in this estate are atrocious. It's been a month since I've moved in an I've had 3 water cuts while we pay extremely high rates for both electricity and water. Please don't move in here, it's a glorified hostel (mass production with failing basic water infrastructure and is clearly extremely incapacitated to handle volume it's been built to) and you can surely find better-run units around the area. By the way, they're continuing to expand so I doubt the water issues will get better.
Been living in Greenpark for 8 months now and the experience has been wonderful. Security is very great and never once did I ever feel unsafe. It's a safe estate to the point where I don't mind taking walks alone because there's cameras everyone and security is always parloring around the estate to also ensure that everything is fine. You could never be bored because there are lovely parks with a playing area for the kids and braai stands. There's also a soccer area for the soccer fans and a swimming pool for the swimmers and for those that love being indoor, there's a restaurant that serves delicious food and is also warm with love. For those that love to connect with nature, there's a lake with cute baby dukes and there's also a gyming area for those who want to stay fit.
It is a beautiful place, as pictures depicts it has a gym, restaurant, multiple parks, netted soccer pitch and a lake where they are utilizing natural wetlands. Views from the flats opposite the lake is really nice when you are on the first floor upwards. Currently there are no new flats available for sale. But some are for sale by owners. Personally im immigrating so i am selling as well It is a bit pricey to stay here so be aware. If you got a lot of money then you good to go This is one safe place to live and you can jog at night if thats what you are into
