Urbika Lifestyle Estate - Boksburg.

Theft is my concern here, 2023 someone broke in my apartment and stole my TV and laptop and a lot of thefts from other tenants happened. I stayed still because of the convenience. Now braai stand 😩. Other tenants had their belongings stolen aswell and no improvement from Management. Will be moving and will not advocate for this place. For such an establishment, we are amongst thieves

The estate is well kept. Security seems to be okay. All and all everyone seems to be behaving and keeping to themselves. Should get a WhatsApp group to stir things a little 🤣🤣🤣

This bloody place! First the ceiling was leaking, now December 29, 2025 00:00am the bathroom pipe burst and it’s 1:12 no assistance! Bloody Lee is now longer answering our calls and the maintainers are telling me that they are doing me a favour by helping. They have left and no one is still helping us at Block 7 Unit 18! The walls have cracks, this just goes to show they use Cheap materials yet the have the Audacity to deduct R7 300.00 on a monthly basis! The water coming out is extremely hot and all of them are sleeping ignoring our calls after I reported this immediately when I got a call that our place is leaking. I had to drive all the way from home (holidays) just to be here and remove my electrics! On top of that, they don’t want to replace our furniture or move us to another unit! It’s 2:00am and these bloody mangers hanged up on me with no help! Kelly Boshoff told us that they will not move us to any unit, we must just stay in that unit! She is sleeping comfortably in her bed and we are suffering! No accountability or what so ever! The group chats are locked, you can’t send messages, she only communicates via email as she doesn’t want to deal with black tenants only Katleho his sidekick must speak to us. What kind of business is this? Customers are not allowed to call management, they only want emails which they don’t not respond! The maintenance guy confirmed that they do use cheap materials and unfortunately residents have to suffer. Inspection is done when you move out and now I am starting to wonder ukuthi what are they inspecting when the building is like this! Kelly Boshoff is no where to be found, not even on social media!

I stayed for a year, the place is safe. lots of places for kids to play. Maintanance respond very fast. Katlego the manager is really trying. What I did not like is the poor ventilation and mould in the rooms. Noise is also a problem, young boys smoke substances and make noise all night.

I honestly hate this place it's a nightmare to stay with kids from lack of maintenance, ridiculous billing system, noise levels like we at taxi rank. Looks great at first but it's all a scam I can't wait to leave.
