I love the security. I visited someone there. The guard at the entrance gate needed a code, scanned my licence and car disc and checked the car's boot before letting me in. The estate is neat, quiet and well kept. I also felt very safe entering the premises

It feels like Hell on earth on earth living in this place , atleast once a month there’s an electricity outage this September month alone has been twice I regret renewing my lease ‘cz it’s either electricity or water outage But if you want to live in the epitome of Hell! Come live here…

The place is really lovely no doubt, very peaceful and neat. However, the unplanned power outages and low water pressure at times is extremely frustrating and makes the stay here a little unpleasant as its a huge inconvenience. Haven’t been here long and already a little frustrated with the outages.

Very nice complex to leave in with your family and it got good quality security and no noise

The complex is very well-designed, continuously upgraded, and highly secure. Entertaining and exiting the complex is managed through codes generated via the complex app. for residents, and visitors. There are long walking paths, a mini jungle area, a well-maintained gym, a kids’ playground that was expanded recently, and a swimming pool, all of which add to the overall experience. One concern, however, is the safety of the kids’ play area. It would be great to see additional safety measures “ old slides, and pavement behind the old jungle gym”, especially for toddlers and babies. The management does an excellent job of keeping residents informed. Notifications are regularly sent regarding updates such as unexpected electricity outages, upcoming events, or maintenance work. Access to the complex is also smoothly handled through a dedicated gate-entry app, which adds an extra layer of convenience and security. Overall, the administration is very responsive and attentive whenever needed.
