Don't pick this place if u need peace of mind. Cockroaches everywhere for starters, management is rude, The actual building manager has no patience for tenants. Security be leaving tenants that do not have fingerprints as of yet outside to wait until they feel like now they should open for them. Doesn't matter what emergency u have. The smell in passages is awful. Some better than others Trash by the elevators. Very disappointing

Since moving into this building, it has been one problem after another. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The caretakers are arrogant and unapproachable. The building has serious pest issues, including cockroaches, rats, and even bed bugs. I had never encountered bed bugs before moving here. I regret not checking the reviews before moving in. Management seems to care only about money and not the well-being of tenants. The lifts are frequently faulty and often get stuck with people inside. Imagine running late for work only to be trapped in a lift. If you are tired of having peace in your life and are looking for constant stress and problems, then License Hall Lofts might be the place for you.

For this building to improve, there should be regular independent tenant surveys or interviews conducted by someone other than management. This would provide a more accurate picture of residents’ experiences and help identify areas that need improvement.

I like my room but life in this building is very complicated. My first problem is the foul smell that the building gives off, when you are on the G floor You can't see it but as soon as you go up to the first floor the smell is just disgusting I'm from the Congo and even at home it doesn't smell like that My second problem is Cockroaches, when I moved in I didn't see it directly but just after 2 days I notice that there's Cockroaches in my appartment and it very disgusting. My third problem is the application, I put money in the option My Wallet and I can't use that money The lifts are dirty and I think they have to move, family and put Student, some of the tenants are damaging this building I'm still in, but I will move very soon but I really appreciate the moments there but if you want to keep your building, you have to choose who can stay and who can go.

It's an apartment building. It has a gym and braai and laundry room ,indoor soccer and play area and a business/Study area you'd think those are all great selling points. Don't live here unless you don't have any other choice. There is always something wrong if its not the Electricity mind you I was living on 17th floor It's the water. The wifi is terrible and if there is a Electricity outage just know the generate is turned off after 2am so if you work odd hours of the night and get home after 2am your walking in the dark to whatever floor you live on. This place is alot.
