For the amount of rent people pay here I would not advise anyone to move in. They don’t care about tenants, communication is bad. Worst is the building manager in communication with the tenants and their concerns. Raising something up with him is pointless

Centrally located in Marshalltown, the area is clean and free from vendors, the parking is limited so you have to book in advance. Great for young professionals needing a place to live in the city. Noise levels depend on which wing you face, the Rissik Street wing is very Noisy, Its City Property and Prices increase annually, not the cheapest but a great place to live
Convenient for city lifestyle. City Property is taking business serious compared to other ones. If you want a clean and peace of mind a value for your money...Try City Property only the best.
The place is quiete small, their interior and floor plans are no logical, it feels old and cheap inside metal cupboards, feels.like a person wing or a hostel. Advantages its clean and in the heart of CB with no street vendors. Prices and rent are to high for the match boxes u live in.. rent goes up every year. Changed units and realized that u will never get your deposit back. U stay there for more than 3yrs+ no maintenance they charge everything to u. Good if u can't afford to live anywhere else and u are close to work..cheap water paint on the wall that u can't wipe and they will charge 500 per wall they have to repaint.. found toilet and doors broken and paint chips minor things but one u move they charge u ridiculous amounts they charged me 500 for a light switch that I found broke. Wasn't aware when I moved in. Really not happy with City property they too expensive they can do better
My most important factor when searching for a place to live is reliable power and water. Ricci's Place has had reliable power and water for my entire stay there. I can count on one hand the number of water/power outages that happened during my 9 months there. Walking distance to pretty much everything: surrounded by transport routes (metrobus, Rea Vaya stations galore, taxis), a PLETHORA of shops and shopping centers, all the big banks' offices, government offices, everything is easily walkable. Positioned in an extremely safe area with visible security and policing. Very well-managed building occupied mostly by working professionals and families.
