The Waldorf Complex - Boksburg.

Recently moved here. Pros: hardly get loadshedding, reasonable rent. Cons: The noise! Friday to Sunday people turn that place into a mini tarven. Loud music til early hours of the morning. Lousy body cooperate that doesn't respond to complaints. Terrible entrance and exit layout. You can't exit when there's a car entering and can't enter when there's a car exiting.

The flats are nice inside , but prepaid is expensive and people make noise at 3am in the morning and security does nothing. The pool is always dirty . lots of noise by the pool. not enough washing lines.

Body corporate is spoiling the place cause they can't manage it. They should consider hiring someone who knows how to manage and be strict on their rules. The problem there is you will complain about the same unit number but as the rules stated that they will get a fine, they never do. They are making the jobs for securities very difficult.

Besides the fact that there's practically no security and people can just enter when the gate is open, you are also guaranteed not to get your deposit back. They exaggerate and make up damage that was either already there or is due to wear and tear. Renschia was the lady who assisted me when I moved in also couldn't care less. It's really just sad how private entities are just as corrupt if not more than our government. The rental is reasonable but not worth the headache.

Horrible place to stay .won't even allow my enemy to go live there it should be a prison ...security Horrible they don't care about complains noise day and night.....everyone does as they please no rules and there is no one to complain to..enter at own risk ,if u looking for a place Waldorf is not for anyone
