I give it 0 stars the building managers steal our stuff from the rooms. I stayed here for the pool and 2 years later the pool has never operated no maintenance is done on the rooms basically the building looks good from the outside and pictures from 10 years ago. The geysers don’t work the Wi-Fi don’t work there’s an annoying sound from the next building like a motor you can’t sleep at night.

The rating is zero stars, not 1. The first time I lived here it was a vibe and I did not have much to complain about. I moved back a few months ago and it has been an absolute nightmare. Maintenence queries either take forever to get resolved or don't get resolved at all. The security guards are always looking for the next buck and won't properly assist if you're not willing to pay up. Terrible tenant service. The building manager is barely reachable, so if you were to have an emergency at night that needs his attention, too bad for you. When you're are maybe having a small issue, they don't care and will lock you out to sleep on the streets. I've witnessed it too many times with so many different people. Yet when it comes to service delivery, a complete fail. So basically all that matters is that they get their money, screw your needs. You need permission for everything like you're in boarding school. Guys it's the pits. Don't! I repeat, don't be fooled by the very old pics being posted or the glamorous wording in the ads. This can't be anyone's peaceful home.

I'm still fuming about my experience at this dump! The building looks decent from the outside, but trust me, it's a NIGHTMARE within! When I moved in, the manager, Sipho, assured me everything was fine and dandy. BUT NO! The apartment was a mess - broken shelves, filthy shower and toilet, door that wouldn't close, NO HOT WATER, and a COCKROACH INFESTATION!!! I reported these issues for 5 LONG DAYS, and guess what? NOTHING GOT FIXED! I had to deal with a door that wouldn't lock, no hot water, and those disgusting roaches. It took them 5 days just to send someone to fix the problems. FIVE. DAYS. And if that wasn't enough, I also experienced: - Frequent water outages, multiple times in one month - it's like they can't even provide a basic necessity! - The toilet was broken when I left, and despite reporting it, it was never fixed. Unbelievable! - The pictures used in the advertisement are clearly outdated and misleading. Don't believe the hype! But here's the cherry on top: these guys only seem to care about one thing - getting you out the door on move-out day! They'll check your apartment multiple times to ensure you're gone, and if you're not out by the deadline, they'll take drastic measures (like confiscating your furniture!). It's laughable how suddenly they're so invested in their work, but only when it's time for you to leave. The management is clearly INCOMPETENT and ONLY CARES ABOUT COLLECTING RENT! I had to send multiple notices just to get them to respond, and even then, it took forever. When I told them I was moving out, they acted like they had no idea I had given notice, making the whole process a real headache. To anyone thinking of renting here, BEWARE! These people don't care about their tenants; they only care about getting your money. Don't waste your time or sanity here.

Someone, kindly recommend to me a sane place for someone who works remotely. This place is taking away my sanity. It's 00h03 on a Wednesday (Midnight) and there's a party on floor that's on top of mine. This place is for students. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here, because everything on the reviews is true - and I mean EVERYTHING!!!🤞😭

I stayed in this building for about 2.5 years (2022-2025). My experience was mixed. I was allocated a loft unit on the ground floor but I did have some grievances that would not be noticed on a simple inspection 1)The building next door has a very loud generator, the noise from this generator will wake you up in the morning as well as keep you from being able to keep your windows open as you can barely hear your TV with it on. 2) The unit I was in attracts many flies in summer time which are an absolute annoyance and another thing which prevents you from keeping your windows open 3)There is very little natural lighting in the units. As someone who worked from home my eyes often had to painfully adjust whenever I stepped outside and whenever I stepped inside from a bright sunny day my unit would appear very dark in contrast 4)I understand that security is a priority but having to get written communication for a sleepover is insane lol especially as a man in his 20's lol. Imagine explaining that to the baddies you meet at groove 😭😓 It really gave off student accomodation vibes and stopped me from thinking of the unit ''as my place''. 5)The water pressure is quite low and do not expect to have scorching hot showers lol. The best it can offer is mildly hot if you're lucky and it will always leave you wanting more. 6)They use Rise wifi. It used to require you to log in to a portal to access which was working half the time and gave me many headaches as a remote worker and they did improve it somewhat by removing the portal requirement. But if you need wifi for your work I recommend a back up wifi. 7)Swimming pool: I am 1.67m tall and by no definitions tall but even so the swimming pool only comes up to my knees. This is not a practical swimming pool for adults because its very small. Your legs will hit the bottom and after three strokes you would have covered the length of the pool 😅 8)R1650 minused from my deposit for repainting. Something I find incredibly unfair because the building manager told me they repaint anyways whenever someone moves out only to be told otherwise by head office when I asked why I didn't receive the full money I paid for a deposit! Definately has left a sour taste in my mouth as it seems they are passing a business expense on to me! How I wish I did a proper pre-inspection and took pics before moving in because when I moved in I remember having to go buy cleaning supplies because the apartment was a little dirty which was a clear sign they weren't repainted before I moved in!
