My experience at this house is OK the compound is always clean and neat the only problem is the kids that are staying with their parents makes lots of noise when they are back from school and during the weekends.

Jhc will never listen to tenants requests all they care about is their rent money. Imagine every single housing has free WIFI except for JHC. The cleaners only clean when they want to. You speak to the caretaker he doesn't do anything. Now i understand why tenants move out every time. I wouldn't recommend this place. There are Cockroaches everywhere in the building they don't want to fumigate. Kuningi 🙌
