I'm thrilled with the recent changes at Pomegranate Apartments under the new management! The contrast is night and day compared to the old management. Gone are the days of weeks without electricity and days without water - now, these essentials are consistently available. A huge plus is the new, reliable WiFi that's always on. Kudos to the new management for turning things around and providing a comfortable living experience. I'm loving life here now....

Received excellent service from an Agent called Clement. Very patient, explained the application process and even arranged for the viewing to be sooner than the initial date, even though it was a last minute request.

Pomegranate has undergone a remarkable transformation since the new management took over. The reliability of power supply has improved dramatically..no more frastrating outrages. The new Wifi system is also a game -changer staying strong and consistent even during peak hours. Additionally the cleanliness and mantainance of the complex has greatly improved, making it a pleasant place to live in. Its clear the management is commited to providing a comfortable and convenient living experience for tenants

In the begging, I was happy with the stay even though the area itself has the electricity issues. But the management made sure that in the evening, they provided with a generator to charge our phones. Now it's changed, the paying tenants are now forced to buy the fuel in order to charge the phones. Very much disappointed 😞, this is my last month as a tenant here and I don't recommend anyone to reside here🙌🏼
