Panama House

This is a building with a great potential with a bit of investment and strict management. Their units are very spacious and quite affordable. They offer free internet, not really reliable but does come in handy at times. If they can introduce rules to minimize the kids' movement on the hallway which generates much noise it would be great, restrict the playing to the play area and within respective units..

cozy apartments in the building but bad management from the building manager and unnecessary house rules. Some security officers are not welcoming at all, Our guests always complain about the security Officers.

I moved in last month and the apartment was filthy . I had to clean it up all alone and i had found out there were certain things that needed to be fixed and I notified the building manager about it . It’s been almost 2 months now and no one has came to fix anything. The WiFi hasn’t been working regardless of so many times I notified the building manager about it . I tried going to the office and all they helped me with was an email address for one of the maintenance guys but I haven’t heard from anyone . I’ve been more than patient but I can’t endure the building manager’s ignorance anymore. I’d really appreciate it if any of the owners or anyone reached out to me to solve this matter

Beautiful chilled place in the heart of the city, lovely view of the city from above, surrounding environment is dirty though

Nice rooftop braai area & kiddies playground, backup lights in times of power faults and property management offices are conveniently located within the building for all general enquiries and more
