Worst company ever ,reported a ceiling leak and nothing was done,a month later my ceiling collapsed and flooded my entire apartment and i was forced to pay water bills that wasn’t even my own usage,my ceiling was left like that for 4 months,after sending pictures and videos daily to express how bad its getting nothing was done,as soon as i go to the offices to end my lease i get begged to stay and they will fix the ceiling.How ridiculous that it takes me moving out for them to actually repair the ceiling,mind you apparently nothing was reported to the offices about the ceiling,building manager doesn’t even care to report further.I was then told that i will be charged for a paint levy which would be deducted from my deposit,mind you none of this water damage is my fault and a month later im still waiting for my deposit to be reimbursed.

There's always people drinking alcohol at the entrance and the management is not doing anything about. Imagine having about 40 people drinking at the entrance every day. Disgusting

Worst building ever I wouldn’t recommend, poor service you can stay up to a month without electricity and water Poor maintenance..also you won’t get your deposit They will give you run around when it’s time to pay back you deposit The WiFi connection is very weak doesn’t connect even laptop so what about tv SAVE YOUR MONEY

I actually have had nothing but poor service delivery from this place. Maintenance team is whack let alone its management. Especially their management, they honestly do not care about their customers, everything we always have to negotiate in order to be satisfied with the level of services delivered. Their elevators are so outdated you could literally get stuck from time to time and it’s normal. Oh boy let me not tackle the washing line. They steal clothes and the CCTV camera is not reversible so that means they won’t even find the person who stole your clothes. They just spend on things that are a liability, for instance they bought a huge generator as a backup for power outages but we never really saw the benefits of it because elevators and lights in the corridors will be off. Let us not even forget about the issue of roaches oh my gosh I have so much to say about this establishment 😭😭😭
