Noisy is an understatement, imagine coming from a long day at work and just wanting to unwind and watch TV, you won't because there is a person outside with the boot open and music on full blast on a Wednesday evening, if you have kids and babies that need to sleep, forget about it, if you're working from home, good luck to you. On weekends there'll be so many people that you'll feel like the visitor in your own building. YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN WITH THE NOISE, no one will bother listening or addressing the issue.

You wanna stay at a modern rebuild place next to the mai the zulu area place where taci drivers are modernised and very understanding of LGBTQ this is the area, the braai meat at your disposal the music, Eyethu house is an old building rebranded and have a modern feel inside, very stylish and bery affordable in terms of rent, very reasonable in termd of occupants in the unit and has a modern sign in for visitors, you do not need to carry your Identification anymore you just need a code from the person u visiting. Very safeplace and has a rooftop with braai area and laundry rokm
Absolutely unacceptable and disturbing experience. The building management and security staff are completely unprofessional and abusive of their power. I was physically prevented from leaving the property with my own belongings, with the gate deliberately kept closed. This is not just bad service it’s a violation of basic rights. No one should ever be put in a situation where they feel trapped or controlled like this. The building manager, Ithemba, and the security team showed zero respect, zero professionalism, and no understanding of the law. Instead of handling the situation properly, they chose intimidation and control. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. If something goes wrong, don’t expect fairness, respect, or basic human decency. Avoid this place at all costs.
