People steal clothes on the washing line and footage access is a mission to get.

Never ever rent here. Charged R1000 for maintenance I know nothing about. If you want peace of mind .....rather look for another place to rent.

Are you thinking of renting from this place? Think again. If you’re considering staying in a property managed by Weinprop, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Many tenants have had frustrating experiences with this company, and if you sign a lease with them, you might be setting yourself up for a year (or more) of stress and neglect. Here’s What You Need to Know Before You Sign That Lease: Unreachable Management – If you have an issue, good luck getting hold of anyone who can actually help. You'll be passed around from person to person, many of whom seem non-existent. Zero Maintenance Support – When things break (and they will), don’t expect a quick—or any—response & what? Ohh... you'll be charged. Tenants have reported putting in countless requests with no action taken. Shady Billing Practices – There are cases where electricity is cut off without warning, even when tenants have proof of payment. Instead of checking their records, they send threats about outstanding balances. Their billing is somewhat fishy. Trust me, they also know where you work & what you do, as when you send the application, (you have to send a payslip) so based on where you work, you won't get your deposit back (because you won't do anything) No Accountability – Even the supposed “building manager” will redirect you to other unhelpful contacts, leaving you to figure things out on your own. A Cycle of Empty Promises – If you stay, expect constant frustration. They’ll ask for reference numbers and details, promise to “look into it,” and then… nothing happens. If You’re Already Stuck in a Lease With Them, Here’s What to Do: Document Everything – Keep records of emails, messages, and proof of payments. Stop Relying on Calls – Only communicate in writing (WhatsApp & email) to have proof. Report ******* Power Cutoffs – In South Africa, landlords can not disconnect utilities without a court order. Report them to your local municipality or the Rental Housing Tribunal. File a Complaint – The Rental Housing Tribunal in your province can step in if your rights as a tenant are being violated. Don’t be the next victim. Do your research, read the reviews, and choose a property where tenants are treated with respect. How do I know it's bad, I used to be a resident there, and I received that treatment, If you currently reside there & they treat you nicely, just wait until you decide to leave & see what will happen. . If you are on this page it means you already made the mistake of being a resident at one of their establish and you are here to write a bad review, so do follow those instruction about reporting them, more people need to whistle blow their treatment. These people & their discrimination need to be stopped.
