Please I beg you save your money and stay away, the management is poor , the security ppl will ignore you when u ask for help and talk rudely and snarky when u make a mistake..they make you feel bad passing the lobby to go out . The responses are flat..they can spend day or even weeks without electricity.you could literally ask a question and they will look at you in the eyes and ignore you.

If you probably a party animal or a loud person than this place is for you. Very noisy you can barely sleep at night. But otherwise its very clean 👌 and friendly people in the building and everything is a walking distance. You have macdonalds, chicken licking, Pedro's shoprite shoprite liquor pep clicks rage capitec absa at your door step. That's why I gave this a 3 star review. Not happy but everything you need was at your door step.

I would NOT recommend anyone to stay here. What a horrible experience! Management is the worst I have ever experienced, imagine paying so much money only to be treated as though they are doing you a favor. Management is rude, unapologetic and they are bullies! I thought I was coming to a premium building nope! If you work from home DON'T COME HERE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR JOB! THE WIFI CONNECTION IS TERRIBLE! I see so many complaints about management and honestly wish I read reviews before wasting my time, money and energy on this place! I'm disappointed and fed up, they will never change and they lack Customer service and many expects that are needed! The rent goes up ridiculously and they don't give a damn, all they want is to switch off electricity and bully people, they don't follow lease protocol and trust me they don't care a daaaaamn! Yhooooo yet they charge you so much sies! Imagine charging people R5000-R8000 and then giving them disgusting service and not giving premium! The same as living in CBD at this point mxm!

Securities have Attitude and not professional. They will gossip about you when your passing and this 1 cleaner who like people's business . I dont feel comfortable at all

We lived here for 1 year 3months with my partner and it was awesome no complaints at all, it’s safe, family oriented and the building manager (Kato) was always helpful together with (Max) who is in the Maintenance I’d recommend the place to anyone.
