Don’t let looks deceive you. This place is an ongoing construction site and a nightmare to live at! It is very dusty and the parking is rat infested and there are not enough parking bays to a point where you sometimes get parked in. The management of the place is also terrible, doesn’t keep to promises, they advertise the place as having WiFi, I’ve been here 8months and there is still no WiFi, getting things repaired is also a hassle, I’ve been waiting and calling the building manager for about 2 weeks to get my DSTV repaired and I’m clearly being taken for a fool. The apartments have modern finishes that’s the only thing that is “luxurious” about this place. I would advise anyone not to live in this building unless you have a thing for construction noise and terrible building management.

In response to Bonang and management (which responded a month ago) and said construction will be done. It's one month since their response and two weeks since I moved in and I can confirm that everything Bonang said is true. It's a construction site and building management do not take valid complaints seriously. There is no parking (our car was broken into on the third night because we had to park on the street and when we asked management to please make a plan for us after the break in, they took us for a joke in their words "I thought you were joking"), it is a construction mess and managment also told me that they are moving people in because they want to still make money in the process. Our apartment windows are dusty and have yet to be cleaned although we were promised the flat would be cleaned before we moved in. The biometrics system to enter the building is faulty and we have suggested they rather use access cards, the ventilation ducts are not yet installed and front door security are rude and everything is a fight. I really think authorities need to inspect this building because a lot is going on and management is not bothered because people are lured in by the modern finishes. As many people as you see move in every month, the same amount move out because of the above frustrations I have mentioned.

When people say looks can be deceiving they talking about this place. Don’t waste your money and move in! 1. When you complain about some issues they don’t take you serious, more than once I’ve had people come into my apartment without my knowledge some of my stuff went missing! 2. The Buliding manger has an attitude! 3. water rates are very high (on top of that the Buliding can go days without water) . 4. This Buliding has its own loading shedding

The apartment was beautiful and felt homey. My experience with viewing the 2 bedroom apartment was great and the customer service was on point. I loved that both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. It is truly a great apartment building.

My utilities were getting cut off every month because I apparently owe them money. Which is a lie because I pay everything that is on my statement. The elevator is never working too.
