Move here at your own risk. This place has water and electricity issues almost every week, and it's the only building that is always without electricity while surrounding buildings have. The management of this building don't attend to these issues and won't provide any generator to assist. You basically lose your your groceries every time. Expect power for a week, and it gets restored for a day and goes off again. It's an unending cycle. Again, move here at your own risk. Don't say I didn't warn you!

This place is trash, so what happens is you need to be strong for you to live here. There always electricity outage and the sad part when you look around every building has electricity except for this one. The electricity outage leads to water outage as they pump the water. This usually happens for days. The security is very weak once they see your face once you always allowed to enter and sometimes you arrive at the building and the security is not there. The management so far don’t care about the building there are really no improvements . Electricity and water that is the real problem and be ready to experience it anytime of the day and any day of the week. There’s a reason the spaces are always available people stay for one month then leave and don’t expect your small deposit when you leave. There’s no backup here

I had the worst experience staying here, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The electricity is off for more than three days every week, making it nearly impossible to live comfortably. Imagine dealing with extreme cold weather without power, not to mention spoiled food in the fridge and no way to charge your phone. The management doesn’t seem to care either. If you're considering staying here, don’t waste your time or money. There are far better places that actually provide the basic necessities you’re paying for. Stay far away!

I'm still caught up in a fight to get my deposit back, and it's a mess. My biggest mistake was not taking pictures of the place when I moved in. I reported a broken fixture, and the building manager never came to fix it—but they had no problem charging me for it when I left! The quote is absolutely ridiculous, especially a charge for "painting ceiling." That should be standard wear-and-tear maintenance, not my expense. I don't know how I'm supposed to be responsible for ceiling paint. On top of the excessive charges, the building manager's communication was terrible. When I needed the exit inspection at 12:00 PM, he was busy. I called him again around 1:00 PM, and he was on lunch, saying he'd only be back at 2:00 PM. Because of his scheduling issues and poor communication, I had to leave to catch my transport without him inspecting the unit in my presence. Seriously, never move out without witnessing the inspection because you won't get your deposit back. The place is not noisy though and a bit safer compared to that side of MTN Rank.

In this place you need to choose what’s important, electricity or water because you never ever nave both at the same time. The security is full of good people but the place is poorly managed. The lifts hardly wirj and if you’re going to 3rd floor, well please use the stairs all the time, none of the lifts go to the floor. The place reeks, it always smells in the corridors. They always say the parking is full, so you will park outside and the cars get stillen every other day so there’s that. Oh your deposit, please forget about it, you’ll never get it back shame. I only lasted a year in that place just waiting for my lease to be over.
