Don’t consider this place , Power outrage every month twice for 2 days or more. Poor communication no proper answers when you ask. On the 23 January 2024 we didn’t have power for 2 days, 8 &9 February we don’t have power .

the communication is poor, I tried to contact the number provided it diverted me to voicemail and I badly want to view the 2 bedroom apartment. The online viewing appointment is ridiculous, no response since yesterday.

Please don't consider staying here.. the place is nice but Protea M metering charges extremely ridiculous prices on electricity, they charge you R20 a day for waste and sewer disposal.. R100 electricity only lasts 2 days. Don't know what the rent is for.. we need Zero stars. One star is too much for the treatment there
