I'm having the greatest experience ever! Epic view (with 3 cournered windows) ... Young professional staying alone... This unit is everything modern... I'm happy guys!!!

TLDR: There are many downsides, but the pros do outweigh the cons. It has been, overall, a relatively pleasant experience. Pros: I've seen many bad remarks about the noise levels, but for the one month that I've been here I haven't experienced anything more than a normal noise level. The reception and workspace are absolutely stunning, and the outside siting space is an amazing place to chill and unwind. The wifi in the **workspace** is also decent on most days. The workers are friendly (for the most part), and a massive shoutout to Sharon, who made moving here and living here all that much easier. The apartments themselves are modern and look great. The building is also extremely conveniently placed--just a 5 minute walk away supermarkets, food places, and banks. The area is also incredibly safe. Cons: The building recently covered the second side of the building with a big, obnoxious Johnny Walker banner, which makes the apartment unbearably hot, and ruins the previously beautiful view. Its sad that the priority isn't the comfort and satisfaction of the tenants in this regard, but instead gathering more money from advertising. Despite their acclaimed on-site maintenance, count on waiting ages for your issue to actually be attended to. The hallways are dirty, on average, about 4 days out of the week, at least on my floor. The wifi is AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF YOUR MONEY, I cannot stress that enough. It hardly works on a single phone--you can't do so much as watch a youtube video. If you're lucky you'll be able to load a single tiktok video. When tenants chill and drink at the outside sitting space, they leave behind a huge mess. This obviously is not the management's fault, but its insane that they have not implemented any penalty for this.

My experience so far has been great. The environment is peaceful and quiet, which is perfect since I work from home most of the week. The free reliable Wi-Fi (Common areas)and the workspace is beautiful. I also appreciate that my child has a safe play area, which gives me peace of mind. Having a gym right at home is a big bonus. Overall, I’m really happy to have found such an affordable and modern place to live.

I recently moved into Live Easy Anderson, The front desk team has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their friendly attitude has made settling in so much easier. I’d also like to commend the security guy at the visitors’ gate. He is courteous, attentive, and always willing to help while maintaining a high level of professionalism. It’s reassuring to know that safety is taken seriously without compromising on great customer service.
