The building's entrance, which is in a hallway close to the parking entry, is not well marked. There isn't much free parking available nearby (understandable as it is the city Centre). At close-by buildings, parking is accessible for a fee. Both the security and interior employees are highly diligent and helpful. They spent time explaining a few things. Even though there was a big line and a wait of more than two hours, they made an effort to move the line along more quickly. The environment is nice and clean.

I wish i could give a zero , we were told they offline for 2 days ,its Friday it just so happens they offline how exciting for them ,they don't want to work and get away with it , the elderly is waiting for hours being told they won't be assisted.
It is unacceptable that telephone calls to this "institution" are not answered. We do not live in JHB, so a visit to the building itself is not possible. No Email address is given. Just pathetic
Wheelchair friendly. Bring your identity document along to gain access to this government building.
I am gobsmacked with the new office. The foyer with cascading waterfall, lush vegetation AND a Woolies Food Market!!! Totally awesome 👌
