The living conditions at this location are highly unsatisfactory. The extreme noise levels are accompanied by a lack of consequences for disturbances. It is alleged that the property does not fulfill its municipal rate obligations, which results in frequent and prolonged power outages, sometimes lasting several days or even a full week. Additionally, the quality of service provided is more suited to student accommodation rather than a professional environment. Overall, this is an exceedingly undesirable place to live.

Ignore the reviews at own peril. Seems quiet on the outside, extremely noisy and chaotic on the inside . If you prefer to spend your weekends indoors just resting and unwinding , absolutely not the place for you. You’ll not get sleep on weekends . You’ll age very rapidly sending emails and complaints that will not get taken seriously by management , you’ll simply be ignored. If you’re into parties , noise , excessive drinking, drugs and general chaos ..you’ll love this place. UPDATE: After a 9-month stay, I've finally found the courage to move. Here’s my comprehensive review. Cons: - Hooliganism: Noise complaints emailed to agents are forwarded to the culprits, who then threaten you in person. Reporting these threats to the building manager is futile, as he can be seen socializing with the bullies. It's not safe to report neighbourly discomfort. - Noise: Thin walls allow conversations to be heard from neighbouring units. - Management: Issues are only addressed after persistent begging and follow-ups with the building manager. - Incompetent and arrogant agents: You're truly on your own. - Prolonged power outages (3+ days) affecting only this building, not the surrounding area. Pros: - No water outages during my stay - Generators power lifts during power outages I had a miserable experience and wouldn't recommend this place. It feels more like a university residence than a suitable environment for adults.

Great views of Jozi and surroundings from 8th floor. Wish development team would work on the flooring - at least tile it 🤕🤔
